The Five Points Rotary Baseball Social on Wednesday April 30 was capped by a dramatic 11-10 victory by the Five Points Rotary “Warriors” Baseball team. Led by Coach Brian Morris and his able assistants, the Warriors battled back after falling behind to a tough BB&T team.

In the post game, Club President Andrew addressed the team and congratulated them on the win and spoke briefly about “Service Above Self” and how it relates to teamwork.

The Warriors are members of the Palmetto Baseball League (PBL). The Rotary Club of Five Points has sponsored a PBL team each spring since 2009.  The Warriors are back in action this weekend and will begin their drive for a 2nd straight PBL title later this month.
