The Club is proud of member Rubin Santiago, who has been named acting Chief of Police for the City of Columbia.  Rubin recently completed a prestigious law enforcement executive course at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virgina.  Prior to being promoted to his current position, Rubin served as Deputy Chief of Police.
