Spradlin was honored for his dedicated service to the Club for his extensive work with the parking project that is the Club’s top fundraiser and which set new records this year.  Spradlin has also been active in developing matching fund grant proposals for international water projects and is extremely active in all Club activities.  He has served as Club president and a Board member.  In making the award, Club president Louis Dessau stated that it was evident early in the year that L.E. would be the most appropriate person to receive the award given his years of selfless service to the Club and community, and his exceptional efforts this Rotary year.
