Maxson K. Metcalf is the Manager of Government and Community Relations for BMW Manufacturing Co. He graduated from Clemson University in 1986 with a BA degree in Economics.  He has held several positions in the state:  Vice President for  Public Policy with the Greater Greenville Chamber of Commerce; District Administrator, Office of Congressman Bob Inglis; and Director of Transportation and Intergovernmental Relations for the Office of Governor Carroll A.
