Alice HowardMrs. Howard has more than 30 years of experience as a community liaison working with environmental, natural resources, public administration, and regional planning issues.   She retired from Beaufort Marine Corps Air Station, where she first served as the Natural Resources and Environmental Director and later the Community Plans and Liaison Officer.  Her volunteerism includes leadership positions with the Rotary Club of the Lowcountry and Rotary Foundation, Keep Beaufort Beautiful Board and school PTSOs.  She has also served as chairman of the City of Beaufort Zoning Board of Appeals and as a member of the Metro Planning Commission.
